[debiancolombia] Event announce: Colombian Mini-Debconf 2007 + KSP

Hi,

The II Colombian Mini-DebConf will be held at Medellín (Antioquia), on
October 13th and 14th.

It will be a space where the people of the Debian community of Colombia
could meet together and work around the project. We'll have a Key Signing
Party, talks, packaging workshops and several other
debian-collaboration activities, and of course, some free-fun time.
